La Creme of the Crop!!

This is my suitcase I made using the La Creme (DCWV) paperline, this is my all time favorite paper, it just has that sleek but elegant look to it!!! This suitcase idea I saw on someones blog and just knew I had to make one for myself..... the colors are just what I want, it matches my display items and photos in my scrap space perfectly. This is used as a large pin cushion to house my stick pins from the many stick pin swaps I participated in.... It was a lot too! I love everyone of them. Thanks to all of my friends for the wonderful swaps!! I used differnt products to embellish my suit case, Tim Holtz's grungeboard elements, Tim's curio knob, black trim, ribbon, a string of pearls, various of beautifully colored baby roses, sprays and for the closure I used velcro. This was my first try at this piece and I think it turned out very well! This is something I am looking forward to display on the shelf in my scrap space. Thanks for stopping by to take a peek!!

Beautiful Flowers!

here are my beautiful 2" flowers for the March Swap for Scrappin Sista's,
I used the Accent Accenture Cricut Cartridge using the 6 petal flower, the colors I chose are periwinkle and peach with a peach rosette in the middle, and to enhance it even more I sprinkled it with a little Diamond Dust.

Altered Letters!

For the swap on SB.com we had to alter 2 letters of your partners choice, my partner is Kerribowpeep, she choose the letters "K" and "A", the "K" is for herself and she wanted the letter "A" for her boyfriend, how cute! lol! her theme for her letters was "The SteamPunk Collection" not really my style and wasn't sure if I would be able to pull this one off or not, any of you that know me and my work know that this is not what I am use to doing at all, but I think this turned out pretty good!!! I would definetly try this style again!! not bad at all, see I did went outside of my confort zone. This is what I created for my partner Kerri, I do think she is going to love it!! I used the Steampunk Debutante collection, pearls and lace on the "K" little roses, brads to hold the string to makes laces, a heart shaped dollie which is trimmed in pearls, and feathers. For the letter "A" I used Tim Holtz gears, Tim's grunge board heart and key and I used the Modern Marvels paper from Steampunk, and edge the sides of the letter with the victorian transformers collection.








I wasn't sure if I could pull this one off, but what you think? Do I do the Steampunk Collection up right!!!

Someone Special!!

this is made for my friend Vicki (midnitescrapper) on SB.com, she is not expecting this, but she has been on my mind so I just wanted to make her a little something just to let her know that I appreciates her strengrh and her strong will to carry out everything she has does here on SB.com, she someone I don't know personally but I do know she is always very kind and always stands strong and never gives up!! I always tell her to keep your head up and she has done that, that is why I chose her as Someone Special!! God Bless You My Friend!!!

I also wanted to add something I know she really likes.......Charms!! I hung some beautiful pink charms off the sides of it to give it a little special but soft touch!! Vicki and I have been in many different charms swaps together that is why I know she will definately love that part of it!!
another thing I know she likes is stick pins....we have swapped many of those as well so that too is an added embellishment she will definately appreciate! :}
I really enjoyed making this for my friend, this is a well deserved gift for her!!

Another Denim Pocket!

This pocket was created for my friend Marciella (bluucara) on sb.com, she wanted me to make her pocket out of the Mariposa paper, It really made it easy for me to create this for her because this is one of my favorite paper, I love the whole pack!! Thanks for taking a peek!!!

Denim Pocket!!

Something really fun and different this time!! I am in a denim pocket swap over on sb.com, we have to make two altered pant pocket for our partners, our partners is suppose to give us a color of what they wanted on their pocket and we are to create using their choices, they were taking a little longer than I wanted them to so I created a denim pocket for myself to hang in my scrap space and it is just perfect for me.....I love this paper line, DCWV, I also added lace of course!! lol!!! pearls, ribbon, beaded sprouts, little primas flowers, feathers, acetate sheet music, and a beautiful flower that was given to me by one of my friends and follower Sherry (CandianCandy) that flower really helped my pocket to pop, Thanks Sherry for it, I had it a good while and I refused to use it, so now that I found a good home for it, I decided to use it for my project, and I Love It! so no further a-dooo here is what I created for myself for my scrap space!!!

ATC

atc are really fund to make, this was a really fun one. I joined a swap on another
site, we had to create an atc card of one of your favorite childhood food, game, clothing, etc. When my sister and I were younger this is one of our favorite things to do!! Jump rope!! and Hoola hoop, but this is what I came up with!!
