ACCORDIAN MINI ALBUM

My mini album concept with a twist inspired by Kathy Orta from www.paperphenomenon.com who created "The Ultimate Personal Organizer".  I Love It! This album is another one of my favorite, it was really fun and exciting to make but a bit challenging because I did not have a written tutorial but that is what I like, I love a challenge. Moments In Time

Happy New Years bloggers!!!  It's been a while since I have posted anything but here is my first mini/not so mini album for the new year.  This mini album was created by me but pretty much inspired by Leonnie (MyPassionForPaper) on youtube.  I love all of here project.  Here is the link:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yP-vfaX-HxY

This mini album is created for my daughter Y'ndia who is the love of my life!  Y'ndia loves to take pictures and loves to take pictures of herself so I decided to make a book for her showing her everyday side and all of the transitions she has done.  In during the process of making the mini album I decided to take a picture of her every day showing different poses and transitions with her hair styles, clothing, and she has a love for head bands/scarves...........you'll see a lot of different one as we go through this together.

I really enjoyed making this for her, it took longer than I wanted too but it is complete.....

I think!!, I may add a few more pictures into the larger pullout hidden pockets not shown here and there, or I'll wait until she goes through it

IT'S MONDAY!

Hello bloggers, today started off a little rough this morning, my daugher gets up this morning in a bit of pain from falling down unexpectly yesterday at the Super Walmart just all of a sudden,  so this morning I end up at the adolecent clinc with her,  she's ok, the doctors think it's just a minor fracture.......they always say that when they're not sure, so they sent her off with a note stating that she is not to have gym or any other stressed excersises and requested that she takes the elevator but she stated she will take the stairs but will just walk slowly and take her time, so she is back to school (her request) feeling a little bet better.

Wow!! It's been a while!

Hello everybody....... I am still here, I know it has been a long time since I have been on, It has been a lot going on with me and I just didn't have the excitement to come on and post anything.......sometimes life tends to take over and all other things in between.  I have been through things that just keep me out of the loop a bit, but I continued to keep my crafting side away from all that other madness.  I have really been into coloring with the prisma colored pencils and making cards, coloring and Youtube has been a great inspiration to me as far as getting back to where I want to be in the crafting world.  I have found many site there that has helped me with different techniques and how to color hair qnd skin which is a challenge for most people, I also love to mix it up a bit with on my images by paper piecing the clothes....that's another one of my favorites.  I have falling in love with Prisma colored pencil.....they are great!  Here is the link to go and check them out!  http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=prisma+colored+pencils&tag=mh0b-20&index=aps&hvadid=23000049&ref=pd_sl_5hh71zg2je_p

The March Get Picky Sketch Challenge

Here is my take on the sketch, my paper choice for this challenge is DCWV "The Coral Couture" Stack, I layered my layout using black cardstock as a shadow along with the banners. I embellished this using Prima "say it in crystal" bling, Wild Orchard flowers, Thickers foam letters and a lovely picture of my daughter modeling her crochet hat and scarf set I made for her for a fashion show.
